Dickson Holds Discussion With Visiting Kogi Stakeholders, Enjoin Them To Step Up Mobilization

In continuation of it nationwide mobilisation efforts, the National Leader of the NDC, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson received stakeholders from Kogi Central led by a Gubernatorial aspirant from the State, Engr. Mukhtar Salawu Audu who came in company of a Senatorial aspirant, Hon. Mukhtar Sani-Omolori. Joining the visiting delegation was the pro-tem Kogi State Party Chairman, Hon. Monday Onate.
According to Senator Dickson, “they came to hold vital discussions with the National Leadership of the party to assure it of support by the good people of Kogi Central and other Districts of the State whom we learned are actively joining the ideological movement of the NDC as it embarks on a national rescue mission of our dear country”.
By the assessment of the NDC National Leader, Kogi is on course and doing very well – especially in terms of massive registration of new members, opening of party offices across the state, and the commitment shown by the state stakeholders. “I commend the visiting aspirants, the state party Officials as well as the National Officers of the party who hail from the State for their efforts, and I once again enjoin them to step up efforts and mobilisation across the state”.
The Leader also played host to a team of young and enthusiastic members of the NDC, alongside other aspirants for the positions of House of Representatives (from Okene/Ogori-Magongo, Adavi/Okehi Federal Constituencies) who all came along with the Gubernatorial and Senatorial aspirants to show more support and solidarity.
“Together, we will build a strong, inclusive, and people-driven political movement that delivers real change for all Nigerians. Once again, we thank the good people of Kogi State for their confidence and belief in the NDC ideology”.
Hon. (Dr.) Hope Omeiza, a House of Representatives aspirant for Okene/ Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency, on behalf of the visiting stakeholders, thanked the National Leader for graciously receiving the delegation, assuring that the NDC in Kogi Central will work hard to form a political bulwark, such that its momentum will usher in success for the party at all levels.
Engr. Moukhtar Mohammed, a gubernatorial aspirant who led the combined delegation, assured the National Leadership of the NDC that the good people of Kogi State will continue to embrace the new party, especially now that the party has equally assured of the critical support and solidarity that the people desire. He thanked His Excellency for the high respect and recognition he accords the people of the State at all times.
