Gov Otu Extols Deputy At 52, Praises Loyalty And Service

Cross River State governor, Senator Bassey Otu has paid a glowing tribute to his Deputy, Dr Peter Odey, on the occasion of his 52nd birthday, describing him as a remarkably loyal lieutenant, an accomplished statesman, and a selfless leader whose steadfast commitment to duty has profoundly enriched the administration’s governance philosophy and developmental aspirations.
